One AI reads your email and pulls out the schedule. A second, more careful one checks its work against the original before anything reaches your calendar. It catches wrong times, the wrong child, and what the first one missed.
Nora’s schedule goes to Nora. A staff training day belongs to everybody and is filed that way, rather than landing on whoever came first.
One child booked in two places, or two children across town at the same time. A single small red button appears, only when there is something to fix — never a banner, never a pile of alerts. Tap it and each clash is one sentence, linked to the activity to change.
Every entry keeps the exact source, so you can see the original anytime — the school’s own email, photo or file, not our summary of it.

Two changes this month, parents. The winter concert has moved to Tuesday 9 December, 6:30pm in the main hall. 4th grade swimming starts Thursday 11 December — swim bags need names on them before the first session. A reminder that Friday the 5th is a staff training day…

Anything sent by somebody your family does not know is held for you to look at rather than published. A forged “practice is at six now” is exactly the sort of thing a family calendar must not accept quietly.
Turning your mail into a week is the product, on every plan. There is no device to buy — it runs on the phone you already have.
Open the wall view on a tablet and leave it. Seven days, large type, the time first, each child in their own colour, and it refreshes itself. Nothing to tap, nothing the children can change — fixing things stays on your phone.
If we stop reading for any reason you get a plain sentence saying so, on the day, with the reason. Nothing here fails quietly and leaves you thinking it worked.
